The August report puts the structure at 95% and the lifts at 93.45%, with facades at 84.56% and interior fit-out at 67.48%. The photographs show the buildings under their final envelopes, the lagoon filled and the landscaping planted. Completion is anticipated in December 2026; we send the current stage and the handover date for your unit in writing.

How the brand licence works
"The Standard" name and marks belong to Standard Asia Co., Ltd., which licenses them to the developer. Standard, Central Group and their affiliates are not the developer, co-seller or sponsor of the residences and give no warranty on them.

What buyers ask us here
What is actually left to buy?
Eighteen residences are for sale: three two-bedrooms (99.95 and 120.2 m², THB 21–23M), twelve three-bedrooms (167.05–172.7 m², THB 33–35M) and three duplexes (293.35–302.85 m², THB 64–68M). Every one-bedroom is sold. Three more residences are held as show units and one is the sales office.
When is it finished?
Construction started in June 2024; completion is anticipated in December 2026. The August 2026 report shows structure at 95%, lifts 93.45%, architecture 91.73%, MEP 87.12%, facade 84.56%, external works 79.91% and interiors 67.48%. The handover date for your unit is fixed in the contract; we send it to you in writing before you reserve.
How do I pay for it?
Payment terms are set per residence, so we send you the real ones rather than a generic table. Name the unit you want and we send the written schedule, the reservation amount and the transfer costs for that exact residence before you commit to anything.
Can a foreigner own one of these?
The project is to be registered as a condominium on completion, which is the structure that allows foreign freehold ownership within the building's 49% quota. The remaining foreign quota changes as units transfer, so we check it for your specific unit before you reserve rather than quoting a general rule.
What does the brand actually give me?
Design and operating standards from The Standard, plus owner benefits: 10–15% off food and beverage and up to 25% off room rates at The Standard hotels worldwide, and access to the brand's cultural programming. The brand is licensed to the developer by Standard Asia Co., Ltd.; Standard is not the developer or seller.
What is shared between 188 residences?
About 4,418 m² of common area: a 25-metre saltwater pool, a private lagoon, a private theatre with minibar, a fitness centre, spa treatment rooms, a pickleball court, gardens, a multi-purpose room and the lobby. Density is low for a branded scheme — 2 to 6 residences per floor across six seven-storey buildings.
Are there floor plans?
Floor plans are issued per residence rather than published. We send the exact plan and layout of the residence you choose together with the price confirmation.
How do I actually reserve a unit?
Name the unit code from the list above. We confirm in writing that it is still available, its asking price, the foreign quota position and the payment terms; then you pay the reservation and we stay with you through contract review and transfer at the Phuket Land Office.
